Strong culture of reinforcing self-accountability where everyone seems to care about the company's customers, one another and want to see the company succeed. A fun, competitive (yet supportive), high-achievement place to work where you can make in impact.

Cons

No real downsides. Have to be willing to work hard and dig in to succeed here.

An Amazing Group of People!

Pros

Rare to find a company that offers flexibility, while providing an incredible product, and no politics. Planet DDS is doing it right! We had a team building event recently, going bowling, and not a single person out of the group was looking at their phone! The team roots each other on and loves to engage. Customers are fantastic and the growth is incredibly exciting!

Cons

There are definitely some manual processes that could be automated and improved. The great news is that their is support in this initiative and we are fixing them quickly!
