Leadership had no plan, 8 layoffs in 4 years. Bloated middle management that do nothing but delegate. They bought up Legwork & other software only to gut it, not invest in it, and layoff everyone whos ever worked on it. No care for the teams, the actual grunts on the ground working day to day.
The CEO himself was quoted saying "employees should never feel comfortable", they want everyone to grind grind grind, meanwhile they gut teams, layoff people, have record breaking sales, but no support staff to back them up and no rewards for the employees doing the work day to day.measly 3-4% raises (yet every meeting is record sales!).
Its a toxic grind. they will not hesitate to gut your benefits (we use to have Flex PTO, gutted that for leadership only), gut your team, re-org you every time there is a new Director or VP, and never correct your pay after you've moved teams and responsibilities 5 times. Nobody cares about the customer experience, they just want to rob their customers & hope they dont notice.
