Decent but could be great

Pros

Decent pay, great people to work with, nice office, good balance work/life.

Cons

Leadership constantly changing. Weak management. Lack of a clear roadmap and career paths. People with full remote are being forced to come to the office 3 days a week.

Shockingly bad tech stack

Pros

The company does serve a huge roster of big name clients (no idea how they manage given the truly terrible state of their operations) The rebrand would have you think they’re a modern company (which is not the case!)

Cons

Extremely outdated tech stack, as well as extremely outdated employees (people who have been at the company for 20+ years; deemed treasure despite never having improved a single thing to make the company more efficient) Very cold and non-inclusive work environment (I was in a meeting where I kept directly being called upon as the name of the only other non-Caucasian person… We look nothing alike… Maybe this particular colleague was becoming senile…) Lack of benefits
