I have been with Planet Technologies for about 2.5 years and havent looked back once. Planet was a sub to my prime contract a few years back while I worked with another large contractor in the DC area. I always admired the integrity, abilities, positive attitude and professionalism of the Planet sub-contractor team that I worked with on a daily basis and always thought it would be great to work for a company that was made of some of the smartest people I interacted with. The company thrives on hiring the right people...not just to fill a particular position and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and bring on great talent. The culture does not lend to forcing employees to "look" for work if their contract work ends and is a place where I feel secure (as do many of my colleagues) that opportunities exist across the company that anyone can take advantage of. In the few years I have been with Planet I have experienced strong portfolio growth across the company and continue to expand on my knowledge base by working with my talented colleagues. Planet offers a solid benefits package and is always looking to reduce costs for their employees. The leadership team genuinely cares about their staff and works hard to ensure that everyone has a productive work environment to succeed.

The company truly believes in it's values and does not just hire people. They hire people into their family, culture, and value system. It is a challenge and a reward to be held to higher standards and be rewarded for them.
