They are experts in Dynamics development and have many federal and State projects implementing Dynamics.
Cons
If you are a Power Platform developer you will get hired but will only be given Dynamics work. That is pretty much the only work they have. Full time employment with them is an illusion, once your project/contract is up and you are no longer making them money, you are gone. No severance even though you have made them hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past years. You are not really an employee, you are a billing machine to make them money.
