I have been here for two years and attended my first company meeting this year. This company is growing! 20% growth this year they shared. Let me tell a few things. Pay is good, benefits are excellent and they do some fun things. Monthly prize drawings for random things like jelly bean day, Free financial planning services, when I joined I received a 4Ocean bracelet because they give money to environmental cleanup issues, I participated in an Axe throwing competition with my team, and did I mention they are sending a group of employees to surf camp? I wanted that! Anyway, cool team and I am all in.

Cons

It's demanding work at times but I regularly get recognition for my performance.
