      Pros

      Standard benefits, good work life balance, great people. The company just revised the Values and moved to EOS, which is goimg to improve things. The company is good at keeping pace with changes. 2 days a week are WFH.

      Cons

      No communal gathering places and miniscule break areas. For a company that extols the many virtues of physically working together in an office, it does very little to encourage commingling. There are several tiny lunch rooms that can literally only fit two people and the departments are in different parts of the building making cross pollination next to impossible.

      You choose your schedule, Over time hours are great during Peak Season, Some managers are great,

      Cons

      Disorganized management, Retaliation from HR, No structure, Only a few managers/supervisors that are actually great. Prefer to work for another company, favoritism is shown and unprofessionalism.
