      Pros

      Great people, very easy going, easy work

      Cons

      There is a notable power structure, and favoritism towards work groups. Its clear many are underpaid and overwhelmed there. The company is expanding but does very little to give back. Never earned above Los Angeles working wage, and when i left, I was making well below due to very low raises.

      Pros

      Decent hourly pay, with an increase for those returning from the previous year. Cool people, relaxed vibe even under tight deadlines. Overtime offered but never forced.

      Cons

      They could probably pay a little more for their starting rate.

      Pros

      During the holidays PlanetArt hires extra people to help with increased demand of their products. I've worked for them the last 3 years and the last two we have been able to work from home. It's a nice company and they do everything by the book. Management is friendly and responsive. It's a nice temporary job and hope to continue to work for them in the future.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. You do have to clock in and out for breaks and lunch--so no dawdling!
