Pros

None. Worst job of my life. Took six years of my asking regularly, to get a promotion.

Cons

No point in working for a promotion since the pay to extra work ratio isn’t worth a couple thousand dollars. 1% contribution to 401k, still have to pay hundreds out of pocket for insurance. Superiors are and encourage others to micro manage, HR also doesn’t care about the individual employee. Managers would work maybe 2 hours a day while everyone else picked up their tasks.

Pros

Personable, small-ish, multi-brand "enterprise". . . Really wants to grow & opportunities exist for individual career & skill growth.

Cons

More of a collection of adjacent brands - all of which center around printing user-generated content on stuff. Photos, custom art, clothing & misc. products. Neat, but perhaps dated - who prints photos anymore?
