- Great work culture : new joinees are thoroughly trained and encouraged to pick up tasks independently. - Work life balance is good : You rarely have to extend more than 8-9 hours in the office, and almost never required to work on weekends. - Great opportunities and lots of growth potential for a developer: If you are aspiring to be an architect, you will find ample opportunities here for technical growth. - Good compensation : Compensation is better than most other companies.
Cons
Less exposure to open source Java frameworks, as the code is mostly dependent on in-house framework.

Good planning of tasks focuses more on quality then speed of delivery code reviews and other best practices are strictly followed work life balance is the best ,management values employees time flat hierarchy friendly co workers both in india and NL
Cons
there are less infrastructure facilities available because of the location of the company No full support for work from home
