      Pros

      The culture and environment in the office is great. They say it's "relatively jerk free" and they mean it - I enjoy all of the people I work with which makes working in accounting much more enjoyable. They really care about their employees and their success.

      Busy season - but what accountant wouldn't have busy season?

      Pros

      -With the exception of probably 3 people in the company you won't find better people to work with. I can honestly say I made life time friends at Plante Moran. -Flexible hours -401k match -Profit sharing -Good bonus package -Good PTO package (you can't use it but... it's there) -$.25 soda in most of the offices

      Cons

      -Be prepared to work a lot of hours! Someone mentioned 2600 hours... that would have been a good year. -When you attempt to regain your work/life balance they'll fire you. - Promote work/life balance, but this seems to be a lot of talk and definitely not a reality among my co-workers. (I copied this from someone else but it's true in my case too.)
