Pros

This company is definitely driven by employee feedback. They take feedback seriously and make immediate progress based on it. There's great energy across teams, and an amazing bunch of people who prioritize teamwork. Ideas are welcomed, and management is always ready to listen and take up new ideas to enhance product performance for customers. There's very clear and transparent communication from top management regarding what they expect from us, and they provide all possible resources to get things done.

Cons

It's been a year with Planview, and I don't see any possible downsides.
