Pros

From the first contact by a senior recruiter through the final round interview with a VP, every next step was clear. The team was very personable and the interviews felt more like a genuine conversation rather than an interview. The smoothest interview process I had in 6 months. Onboarding has been good so far. A lot of information, but they make it readily available through an internal product and SalesHood. Everyone has been very helpful during my first week.

Cons

It seemed like HR wasn't prepared for my start date. A few tasks were brought up last minute and there could have been more consistent communication. There was confusion on when I would get my equipment.

Pretty bad work culture

- good colleagues in the local office

- It was not very aware of local problems, needs that differed a lot from HQ location in Austin, TX.
