Flexible work schedule, nice coworkers

The company can't always follow through on promises made to either employees or customers (lack of inventory, biting off more than they can chew). Confusing business set up with little explanation—no written out procedures. Upper management has been deceiving in communications.

The people and atmosphere of Plasco is amazing. The job has a very homey feeling and everyone will treat you great!

Cons

Other departments slack in doing things right which causes more work for me and no overtime is allowed until end of month when things are super busy. Need to hire another person instead of having 1 person do a two person job.

- A great opportunity for those willing to put in their time, learn and apply themselves. - Fun Committee engages employees with fun events & plenty of food that brings the Plasco Family together. - The Card Issuance Industry is massive and technology never stops growing. This is a great place to grow and sharpen your mind. - CAFECITOOOO!! - Merit based raises reward hard-working employees. - Proactive Management and HR. - Amazing IT and Salesforce support team that quickly reacts to all technical concerns. - Devoted HelpDesk team that prioritizes customer service over all. - Jeans can be worn. - Local to a plethora of restaurants but none better than Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell!

Cons

- Our two 15 minute breaks are hard to achieve with the demands of our role. - Medical benefits are not fully paid by the company. - No entertainment area or gym. - The company's leniency tends to be misused sometimes and can be distracting for some.
