Good coworkers and flexible management

Cons

They will expect you to jump through hoops for minimum wage pay. And even if you do a good job they will not give you a raise. Pay your employees what they are worth.

Big parking lot and clean bathrooms.

Cons

"I hope I don't electrocute myself today" is the common motto. Clean room isn't clean. HR doesn't exist. Management makes excuses, not decisions. You will be working on the production floor most of the year, no matter what position you get hired in at.
