I could not run away from this company fast enough. Their pay is some of the lowest in the industry and on top of that they have a policy against giving raises. They tell you you need to change departments or move up to get a raise however there is ZERO career advancement. I would not have wasted 1 year here if I knew this was a textbook dead end job. They also keep terrible employees that drive down motivation but get rid of good employees.

They will expect you to jump through hoops for minimum wage pay. And even if you do a good job they will not give you a raise. Pay your employees what they are worth.
