      Pros

      Some people around are good.

      Cons

      1) No salary rises, 2) Keep engineers on floor to build tools for long period of time, 3) Lazy response from management, 4) Too many politics, 5) No value for employees, 6) No employee retention, 7) If you talk deceptive - this company is for you, but if you work well - this company is not for you, 8) Do not join this company, you will end up die poor working here for less salary and no increments. 9) Never believe some middle management people - Too many lies. 10) Manager buddies / time pass takers get promotions...Surprise.

      Everyone is hardworking and dedicated to making the business better. Management allows their employees to create solutions and promote recognition. Using newer types of technology to promote business growth.

      Cons

      Resources are scarce and employees are spread thin at times. Very hesitant to adapt to virtual work environments. Training is limited, policies & procedures are outdated which cause confliction at times.
