Cons

Little office politics on the production floor, which pits operators against production, quality, and mold assemblers. Ceo cares little for employees

The people on the factory floor are doing the best they can under the current boss.

Cons

The corporate management does not know how the run a manufacturing business. Each of the corporate department only does part of what they should and does not want to work together to help manufacturing departments meet the customer's needs. Each manufacturing department is under staff and over worked.
