Pros

I enjoy coming to work, doing what I love to do, and getting to work with such nice, helpful people. PMM has exciting technology and opportunities for people who take ownership for their work and want to grow. A positive culture means a lot to me and PMM has it! Benefits, Pay, & Work Life Balance are good, comparable to larger companies. Management actually CARES about the people here and will do whatever they can to help you grow professionally.

Cons

Like any company, there is always room for improvement, which is a constant goal for everyone here, including management.

-Upper management is really helpful and knows how to run a successful business. -Knowledgable people in every department. -CEO is extremely patient and kind towards employees. -Chief of Staff cares deeply about the company and her employees. -Great email response.

Cons

This is a good place to work, whether you are starting out or have been in the industry for years.
