Pros
Free food, a lot of free food. If you got the right position to do something you like, or you are close to the right person then Platfora the right place for you. Other than management, most of the employees are cool people and very easy to hang out with
Cons
Very close minded about how real distributed systems work. Once you decided to leave then you are treated like nobody. Very immature management and think people are easily replaced. Cheap on salary and title.
