      A few friendly people, here and there

      Endless chaos, from top down. Siloed, self-serving leadership disconnected from the employees. There's always a "we're closing our doors" feeling every time there's a crisis, which is often.

      Pros

      Team members feel like family in culture. Management is transparent and open to any/all feedback. High bar for excellence. Really fun technologies and cool projects. Great mentoring culture and an amazing place to grow your career and learn new things. There are some really bright minds working at Platform9. Everyone is always doing the best that they can with the tools available a their disposal.

      Cons

      Vision of each team and company sometimes felt directionless. Priorities shifted fairly often causing development sprawl and technical debt. Sales/marketing sometimes doesn't align well with the product's value/features. Sales tends to over-sell capabilities and features of the product(s). Executive team brought on poor sales leadership in the past.

      Pros

      Very smooth onboarding even when we are not able to go to office.All assets are delivered at your home. Great technology, SaaS Kubernetes which is required in all domains. Very nice working policies and very flexible culture. Even better then some renowned Product Based Companies.

      Cons

      Need to expand the product soon as comeptition is quite high now in this space. More marketing required as to "Who is Platform9"
