      Pros

      Great Work culture and flexibility Talented Individuals who help each other a lot Superb work ethic amongst most of my colleagues

      Cons

      Management is a bit clueless and a lot of projects get shelved after the MVP for that product is almost completed. Market research is not up to the mark and this shows in the product marketing too.
