This company is growing at a fast rate, there are lots of opportunities. Benefits have been as good as larger companies I have worked for.

Cons

Things sometimes move so fast that there is not enough time to take care of projects or training.

Great to see kids playing and having fun on equipment you helped to make possible.

Cons

Owned by Private Equity firm and it shows. Management only cares about the bottom line and could care less about their employees. Horrible compensation unless your senior leadership. No 401k match. Pay raises on existent. Only company that I've ever worked at for less than 10 years out of 30 years experience.
