Mass terminations. People being terminated are blindsided, as most are dedicated and knowledgeable people that would serve the company well had they been kept. No job security due to the fact that everything is changing and is being kept a secret from employees as far as what and why. Don’t cross HR-you will be on the outside looking in. One person is expected to do the work of 3. God forbid you have children because they monkey around with your schedule as they see fit. Start time is to be six, now it’s five. Sometimes you’re done at 1 o’clock sometimes you’re done at three. Sometimes you work Fridays, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes you work Saturdays, sometimes you don’t. It makes for a rough family/work balance. Most employees didn’t sign up for hours like that.
