Co workers a great that’s about it.

Cons

Pay is not great especially for outside forklift job. Management will tell you it’s not dangerous. Management is so bad you will not want to be there for long

Unrealistic expectations and senior management has history of poor management decisions. No formal KPI’s during my tenure, no merit increases or formal review process, micromanagement
