They make fun products, workloads are light, and you occasionally run into some good coworkers.

Cons

The place is falling apart behind the scenes with high turnover, no raises in years, desperate cost cutting measures, with most departments scrambling because anyone who knows anything already left for greener pastures.

I love that PP builds play equipment. From the rubber flooring to massive play structures, benches, and tables to shade canopies, they create playful space.

Cons

Fast growth puts strain on hiring and training so turnover is an issue.
