Pros

Great industry and many dedicated/talented employees who are committed to parks and playgrounds

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and senior management has history of poor management decisions. No formal KPI’s during my tenure, no merit increases or formal review process, micromanagement

Pros

Company is well known and.....sometimes they make a good product

Cons

High turnover, they never pay earned bonuses, and leadership has no clue on how to run the business effectively. Encourages employees to lie to customers daily. Leadership makes all the decisions, and then blames and fires people under them when their decisions didn't work to protect themselves, making the employees the "scape goats". Absolutely unreal how bad it really is, but they don't care.

Pros

Great to see kids playing and having fun on equipment you helped to make possible.

Cons

Owned by Private Equity firm and it shows. Management only cares about the bottom line and could care less about their employees. Horrible compensation unless your senior leadership. No 401k match. Pay raises on existent. Only company that I've ever worked at for less than 10 years out of 30 years experience.
