      Company is well known and.....sometimes they make a good product

      Cons

      High turnover, they never pay earned bonuses, and leadership has no clue on how to run the business effectively. Encourages employees to lie to customers daily. Leadership makes all the decisions, and then blames and fires people under them when their decisions didn't work to protect themselves, making the employees the "scape goats". Absolutely unreal how bad it really is, but they don't care.

      Nothing to brag about. Place is ran by monkeys

      Work hard and never rewarded. They REFUSE to top anyone out in pay. They ALWAYS have excuses on why they can't give people a raise.
