- You get to work with all kinds of people around the globe - What you build actually impacts the users and their experiences - Incredible place to grow - Benefits are pretty cool if you are a PlayStation Gamer

Cons

- Toxic positivity is a real problem, if you don't go along you will have issues getting anywhere here - Innovation isn't really innovation, as it tends to be what helps their bottom line not so much pushing things forward - As long as you are good socially and politically you move up quickly, and that include bad actors and underperformers

Cons

large company so impact feels low growing professionally could be slow reorganizations happened every couple of years (felt unstable) although everyone is friendly, most interactions felt scripted/filtered
