Pros

Interesting work, good managers though depends on what part of the business you work in. Reasonable pay and bonus structure. Great perks and travel opportunities. People stay a long time (not unusual for people to stay 5-10+ years). Lots of activity from leadership trying to make it a good place to work. They encourage collaboration and innovation, and opportunities to move around within the org.

Cons

Not that diverse, internal comms is a bit hit and miss, processes can be confusing as its so large.

Pros

-High profile projects. -Pay on time. -Teams are made up of great people -Seasoned employees take it upon them selves to mentor, allowing teams to grow skills.

Cons

-Management is out of touch and inept. -Poor planning with very little forethought. -Revolving door of contractors to complete projects. No chance of full time employment -Under performers have clamed the ranks and are insulated, teams will be thrown under the bus for their mistakes. -Pay is low. -Quality of product is declining.

Pros

The company fosters a relaxed culture and offers a flexible hiring process. Their commitment to widely adopted DEI policies provides opportunities for diverse candidates. Additionally, they continue to support fully remote work arrangements, accommodating various work preferences.

Cons

This company prioritizes superficial DEI mandates over hiring competent and qualified employees, resulting in a workforce riddled with inefficiency and ineptitude. This misguided practice not only undermines productivity and professionalism but also fosters an undisciplined, toxic team environment. Incompetent hires, plagued by insecurity and low self-esteem, often become aggressive and confrontational toward more skilled colleagues. This behavior fuels unnecessary drama and conflict, creating an extremely unproductive and ineffective working environment that stifles collaboration and hinders success at every level.
