      Pros

      Benefits are decent and the pay is around or above market value for the area. Most employees are pretty friendly and laid back. Work is interesting and challenging. Management is pretty tech savvy.

      Cons

      Not too much interaction between different teams. Most people don't know what other teams are working on. Management structure is pretty flat so there is little room for career progression.

      Great benefits Strong tradition Stability in a fluid industry

      Cons

      The dichotomy of purpose - serve the platform/serve the games, permeates all aspects of the business. The uber-traditional hierarchal structure impedes the innovation and growth they so crave.

      Pros

      excellent vacation and perks. had some of my best times there and can be extremely fun & satisfying place to work if you are under the right management.

      Cons

      Started off great under excellent manager but my negative experience was due to changing over to different manager who was a bully so this may not be your experience.
