Pros

I've never worked with a bunch of better people before. Fun and relaxed job. Of course, this is limited to my peers and my direct supervisors. I am extremely skillful and consistently win praises from them. Unfortunately, Senior Management doesn't know who I am. More on that in Cons.

Cons

Hours have been cut dramatically over the past year. I would have repeatedly returned due to overtime. I'm a person who does overtime for the success of the project and due to team loyalty, not necessarily money. But, due to changes by Senior Management that is gone and the quality of testing has suffered dramatically. Senior Management is comprised of friends and gaming buddies. If you're not their buddy, don't expect to get a permanent position and you don't necessarily have to be a good tester at that. There are a lot of lazy and useless permanent employees because of this. In a word: Politics. Temporary employees do not get any of the perks that a permanent employee do. This includes: Medical, paid time off, free games, food, and employee discounts.

Pros

Great work environment Benefits were some of the best I've had Manager and Director were realistic and reasonable. Onsite Gym

Cons

Can be some long nights and weekend in operational roles, but honestly that's expected Large Company so some things can take longer to happen.

Pros

some really talented engineers free games and other fun perks holiday shutdown from Christmas to New Year

Cons

Leadership is completely out of touch with their new Outcome Groups model. Engineers are no longer part of a set team and are expected to take part in an open contribution full-stack model. There is minimal communication about changes and everything is last minute
