Great people, lots of history and culture, Everyone believes in the brand, lots of hardware imitative support. Fun collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

Poor Management, limited employee growth opportunities with few paths for advancement, tenured employees unwilling to accept change or growth. Lots of Silos, no top down transparency, tons of inner departmental politics, cannot trust senior departmental leadership.
