-They hire people you want to work with; they become your family (in a good way) -The company is trying to make it worth a place you want to stay

Cons

-Not every department is equal: some departments are the "fun" cool departments and others are the hard gruelling, no work-balance department -There are some lazy people who work here and stay because leadership lacks the ablilty to let go of lazy people
