In the 4 years I have worked for Plaza Healthcare I have had an amazing work experience. Plaza has given me the chance to grow in my profession and build a career I love. Our administration team is some of the best you will find in the valley. There is continued opportunity to grow and encouragement and support along the way. Our CEO David Starrett truly cares for his employees as well as all of our residents that we care for on a daily basis. Plaza also has a great work community full of loving staff that truly enjoys their jobs here at Plaza taking care of those in need. If you are looking for a place to not just work but have an extended work family then Plaza is a good place to apply.

Throughout COVID, I worked from home with a large insurance company and was merely just a number. I was referred to Plaza Healthcare by a dear friend of mine who works in nursing administration, so I decided to apply. I have been with Plaza for a year and a half now, and I can honestly say this place is more like a family! The thoughtfulness of others is unmatched. My team surprised me with so much love on a huge milestone in my life, which was the one year anniversary of my open heart surgery! Had I continued on with my previous employer it would have never been acknowledged. Everyone truly cares about each other and it’s been a true blessing to be employed here! I would absolutely recommend this facility as an employer and as a team of caregivers to those in need!
