      Pros

      Monthly bonuses, breakfast/luncheons, profit sharing, affordable health care and coaching by management to help you become the best you can be.

      Cons

      Always have a ton that needs done, if you are the type that only feels accomplished when you complete all your tasks not a good job for you. Otherwise amazing company

      Pros

      I've been with the company for a few years now. I can honestly say that I've never worked for a company who SHOWS their appreciation the way PVC does. Bonus programs, profit sharing, lunches, events, etc. Not to mention, a variety of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Not a good company to work for if you like to sit around, doing the minimum.

      Pros

      Full benefits, profit sharing, 100% 401k contributions up to 6%, PTO, and all benefits are in effect after only 30 days. Management is always available for help. Community outreach. Plenty of room to move up.

      Cons

      No remote work. You need to be thick skinned. A team oriented culture that does not do well with people who only stick to themselves.
