Bad experience as a design engineer

Pros

The flexible working hours were a plus, but beside that nothing else.

Cons

The list would be quite long, but the forced micromanagement done by functional and project managers were exhausting. More meetings than doing actual work.

Pros

Easy work, you get to work with your hands, work is steady. Good people as well. Money isn't bad for what it is.

Cons

The job is very repetitive and boring. it's like being on an old fashioned assembly line. Management is annoying about stuff like late punch ins, etc.
