Great culture and exciting advance opportunities

-They have a genuine care for its employees, community and sustainability impact in general. -Leadership (even at executive levels ) are very approachable. - Great advance opportunities and development plans - Cross regional talent sharing (opportunities for multicultural experience) - They focus on the right Sectors for business development. (Healthcare, Industrial, Semiconductors, Aerospace and Defense ) - They really live up to their Vision “We create products that build a better world” - Very promising business growth outlook

Cons

- Systems are not the most updated - The contract manufacturing industry is very challenging in general. - Locations are usually outside of major cities.
