Raises are under inflation (unless promoted, which takes at least 2 years), management tends to beat around the bush (especially about hours and job security related questions), often plans without expecting overhead (ie learning/management meetings are at the employee's expense for time)

Pay isn't as high as some other similar companies. PTO not as good as many others
