Great teammates to work with. Learned alot & need pick up fast. Depends on the project/customer dealing with. Good work life balance

upper level politics & management could be improve.

Pros

I enjoyed the work and most coworkers on my level

Cons

Insane expectations at crunch time, working up to 80 hours a week at times, underpaid, told I deserved a promotion, but that I wasn't going to get one until at least 5 years of service.
