Pros

Extremely flexible schedule, able to trade shifts with coworkers, friendliest staff ever, basically unlimited time off as long as requested at least 2 weeks in advance, feels like a family

none honestly, the job is great.

Pros

Stable schedule. M-F, Shifts are available between 6am-6pm. Occasional Saturdays.

Cons

No room for growth. No importance for employee morale; they just want the job done. A lot of pressure from customers and no help from management when you encounter system issues or if the customers have questions you cannot answer.

This company treats their employees like family. They are willing to help you with anything you possibly need to better yourself with the company. There was a system hiccup but everything is super amazing now.

There really isn't anything I can say that is negative about this company.
