      Pros

      Great work environment. The workers are very friendly and down to earth so it makes work fun. You get a taste from different projects so everyday is different.

      Cons

      Your work schedule is very different from week to week. Sometimes you work 40 hours in one week and the next you put in 65. Consistency would be great.

      The work is meaningful and impactful, and the team is made up of highly skilled, knowledgeable professionals. There’s always something to do, which keeps things engaging and never boring. I’ve enjoyed opportunities to be creative and collaborate across teams. The company is actively navigating change and working to become more nimble and relevant in today’s evolving environment. Leadership appears aware of the need to adapt and is beginning to explore new ways of operating.

      As the organization evolves, there is an opportunity for leadership to continue strengthening collaboration, innovation, and accountability across teams. Greater consistency in leadership approaches and clearer alignment could further enhance the employee experience and help attract and retain talent, particularly as workforce expectations continue to shift.
