      Pros

      You get a free planner every year. That’s literally the only benefit I can think of.

      Cons

      Plum Paper got bought out by Avery Products and that acquisition has created the worst working environment I have ever been in. Micromanagement at every level, horrible communication, poor leadership, and the list goes on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about their employees in the slightest, and any question or concern that is brought up is met with hostility and the conversation is then shut down.

      Pros

      The people at Plum Paper are super nice and friendly, and truly care about their employees. I had a great time working there.

      Cons

      There didn't seem to be any challenges working at Plum paper. Again, everyone was super nice and went out of their way to help me. It was truly a "family" environment.
