New management is somehow worse than previous CEO

Pros

Currently absolutely nothing, sadly. What used to be a great company has turned into a C level management's personal project.

Cons

When previous CEO was fired and we got new management I was beginning to think things would turn around. Instead things have somehow gotten even worse. We have hired mostly only managers and C level executives and other roles that we all know don't do much. Of course all of these roles are also filled through nepotism, with all upper management being close friends in one way or the other. Since the new CEO, CTO and their friends have taken over the company has: - lost several deals - hired a bunch of previously fired employees (even those who were fired for being incompetent) - cut all wellness budgets and benefits which we previously had - refused to hire in areas which are already severely lacking resources - proudly stated there will be NO salary increases in the foreseeable future (bear in mind most employees have had the same pay for at least 4 years now) - managed to start arguments with other companies - refused to hire back top of the field employees that left under previous CEO's leadership, even when they offered to come back themselves - new CEO also makes it a thing to talk about Israel, where his family is from, and make political statements on "which side is right" -> such things have no place in a workplace which he should know as a "seasoned" executive They claim they want action, transparency, honesty, etc. But continue to attack employees who speak out, promote managers that do nothing, hinder R&D's work and treat everything as a top priority. Since they took over not a single project has been completed, everything is cut midway and released in poor quality. What was once a proud staple "made by Plume" now basically guarantees a broken half-done product. We are losing customers left and right, we're getting no new money and management is still refusing to listen to employees who have been with the company for several years and want to see it succeed.
