Pros

I joined PS because of its employee-friendly policies but they have suddenly started changing most of them, which does not gives the sense of motivation anymore. Too much work pressure and short timelines.

Cons

Change in HR policies drastically

Thank you for the review. I believe the change you’re referring to is the discontinuation of our Recharge Week program as this was the only HR program we’ve changed in the past year outside of Total Rewards. To give other readers context, Recharge Weeks were part of our Unlimited PTO benefit and included two company-wide shutdown weeks, as well as two additional weeks at the team member’s choosing. We have since learned that having the entire company off for two weeks a year presented numerous challenges to our business. We also recognized that many team members were not able to participate in the company-wide shutdowns due to their roles. While we are no longer implementing company-wide shutdowns, all team members are still strongly encouraged to utilize our unlimited PTO policy, and we continue to prioritize a culture that is supportive of time off to prevent burnout. We also introduced a new Summer Fridays benefit in each team member’s respective region to encourage team members to take time off. If you have additional questions regarding benefits, I encourage you to connect with your leader or reach out to our Total Rewards team. -Will
