Company has a good amount of pros, including: - Really great and smart people - Free food/snacks/lunches - Flexible PTO and hybrid work policy - Product and potential in the self-driving market has a lot of potential - Strong partnerships with other companies
Cons
Company is still going through some growing pains due to fast growth and challenges with the leadership trying to still make a lot of challenging decisions. The leadership is trying to move quickly to get to market and the competition for the market is getting stronger. The company is trying to move quickly but not adapting as fast as it wants since it's focused on making sure all the necessary funding is in place to expand.
