All the over time you want if you can take the heat

Cons

Mandatory 12 hour shifts 4 call ins or tardys a year you are fired in the fith. Very hot very fast pase no room for error

Despite having as many fans installed, we completely understand it can get a little hot inside our plants given the nature of producing our products. We also understand emergencies happen, but as with any job we all have to show up to work on time to get the job done.
