      Remote/hybrid work environment. Promote from within. Excellent training for entry level call center roles. Sense of community. Positive work/life balance.

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes and department re-orgs since THP & HPHC merger. Lower salary for internal promotions which originally started at entry level.

      Pros

      The company values a healthy work life balance and has different programs to help with that balance. They also have a strong promote from within methodology and there are many options to move within for growth.

      Cons

      With it being such a large company, information is often siloed in different departments. Cross departmental communication and collaboration can also be difficult since they all have their own strategies.

      So far I have loved working for P32H. The company truly appreciates its employees and they show it in many ways, benefits, bonus and such.

      Cons

      The company is still working on combining the two legacy companies, THP and HPHC and there still work being done to blend the two.
