So far I have loved working for P32H. The company truly appreciates its employees and they show it in many ways, benefits, bonus and such.

Cons

The company is still working on combining the two legacy companies, THP and HPHC and there still work being done to blend the two.

Great raises and decent pay. They have many incentives like discounts, good health insurance, and gifts for points that make working hear an amazing time. Work from home has been excellent for my Work Life balance

Pay could be better for the amount of work we do!
