My position was remote Great time off and work life balance You get paid time off to volunteer Decent medical

Cons

Compensation Communication between departments/ different levels of management not great Hr is not on your side if you have any (even small) issues Difficult to move to other departments/ positions/ negotiate pay If you do get laid off you get zero notice and they deactivate your computer within an hour so you don’t really get closure - kinda feel like a criminal when you’ve done nothing wrong
